The ProQual Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Health and Safety Leadership and Management is an advanced, work-based qualification designed for senior health and safety professionals who lead organisational strategy, influence executive decision-making and drive continual improvement.
This qualification is suitable for experienced professionals working in senior positions such as Health and Safety Director, Head of Health and Safety, Senior HSE Manager, SHEQ Manager, Health and Safety Consultant or another strategic leadership role.
You will demonstrate your ability to develop and lead health and safety strategy, manage organisational risk, influence workplace culture, evaluate performance and support effective governance. Assessment is based on evidence from your current role and the strategic responsibilities you carry out in the workplace.
The qualification is completed through a flexible portfolio-based assessment process. There are no written examinations and no requirement to attend classroom sessions. Evidence may include strategic plans, board reports, management reviews, audits, policies, investigations, performance data and professional discussions.
You will receive guidance and feedback from a dedicated assessor throughout the qualification, allowing you to complete your portfolio around your existing professional and business commitments.
